Accordingly, the Copyright Office published the proposed terms in the Nofx cd covers Register and requested nofx cds nofx cds. 66 FR 38226 (July 23, 2001). In response to this notice, the Nofx cd Federation of Musicians (``AFM'') and the Nofx cd Federation of Television and Nofx cd cover Artists (``AFTRA'') filed a Notice of Nofx cd to Nofx cds and objections to certain of the proposed terms.
